Stage 1 of Assessment - Create a DVD cover

For this stage of the assignment when creating the DVD cover we are to create a DVD case wrap for an Amaray-style case, which is the most common and widely used way of packaging DVD cases. 

The DVD case is expected to be created in Photoshop.
To reach the  marks it is expected that I demonstrate, that I can set up a Photoshop file with correct size, use selections and filters, layers and when needed layer transparency, levels, selection tools, guides, and be able to apply effects to photos. 

These techniques are what I will practice prior to the creation of my final project.
