DVD Cover Background

I began my project by finding a suitable image to use as my background image for my DVD case cover. I looked on the internet for an image that I thought was fitting for my theme, and then when found I added it to my template and filled the entire of the canvas for the base to my DVD template.

I then altered this original image, to change the brightness of the image, and I did this by going to the Brightness/Contrast tool in the adjustment layer. I altered the image to give it a darker feel and I felt that it made the images in the picture stand out more from the black colour due to the glow that they had around them.
